What is the fuelGenie Pre-Pay account?
The fuelGenie Pre-pay account is an alternative to our credit account. To enjoy all the other benefits of fuelGenie, you simply need to make a security deposit that will act as your credit limit.
How do I set it up?
Please find below the details to make your payment to set up your account. You can make your payment by cheque, BACS or CHAPS:

As advised if you wish to proceed under this basis a security deposit of 1.5 x your required credit limit would be required (e.g. for a £500 limit a security deposit payment of £750 would be required) When your deposit payment has been made please ensure your application reference is included (you will find this in your confirmation email) and a confirmation email or remittance will be sent for your confirmation.
What happens after my account is set up?
Once your account is up and running you will then be invoiced on the 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd of each month and payment will be due seven days from that invoice date. After 6 months of trading please get back in touch and we can review your account and look to get you a credit account should you wish.
*Please note - all deposits are fully refundable if we can obtain credit on your account or should you wish to close the account (minus any owed monies)*
