In this article, we take a look at what’s new in the fuelGenie app and how drivers and fuel card managers can benefit. Additional card detail functionality
One of the key new features of the fuelGenie app is the additional functionality that enables businesses to manage their drivers’ card details directly from the app. This includes:
- The ability to view the full card details including name on the card, vehicle registration, and any card limits set.
- The ability to edit card details quickly and easily and there is now a new function to edit card details that require a new fuel card to be issued, which will result in a new fuel card being automatically generated and sent out to the business address listed on the account.
- The option to view cancelled cards, enabling businesses to keep a detailed record of all the fuel cards that have been issued.
Additional invoice functionality
The fuelGenie app update has made it even easier to view and manage your business fuel invoices. You can now perform the following tasks:
- See a list of your current and past invoices listed by date
- Download invoices to your device in a pdf format
Having immediate access to invoices on your mobile device can help save time when you need to quickly check how much has been spent on fuel and your previous invoice amounts.

The app is simple to use and shows your nearest petrol station once location services are enabled. Simply select one of the petrol stations on the map for more details on that location including:
- Address and distance from your location
- Opening hours
- Petrol prices
- Facilities available
