View your account
Once you’ve downloaded the app, simply sign in and you can view of summary of your account. This gives you an instant snapshot of what’s going on so you can keep track whenever and wherever you need to.
Manage your settings
Need to make changes? The app shows you a full list of cardholders and a more detailed view which includes the named driver or vehicle registration and the current restrictions. From there you can adjust their limits or purchase options. As you can have unlimited free fuel cards with fuelGenie (or pay 50p per month per card with fuelGenie+) you can also use the app to order and cancel cards.
Monitoring and reporting
The app also keeps a detailed log of active and any previously cancelled cards. This means you have a full record of current and previous fuel cards issued so you can keep track of how many you have and who’s using them.
Check your balance
Head to the app to see your current balance and how much spend you have available. You can also use it to check your last invoice date, when the next is due and the Direct Debit amount which will be coming out next. That way, you can make sure your account has enough funds and you’re aware of your upcoming outgoings.
Keep track of invoices
Inside the app you’ll also find a record of all your current and past invoices. They’re listed by date so you can easily go back to see how your spending has increased or decreased over time and where you might be able to make cutbacks. And remember, all your invoices are HMRC approved for easy VAT reclaim.

We know when your fleet is growing, you need to make changes quickly. So if you’re looking to up your budget, simply send off a request on the app and the fuelGenie team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Find the nearest fuelGenie location
As a business owner, you want to be confident your drivers aren’t running low on fuel with no idea where to fill up. That’s why we created a ‘petrol station locator’ where they can find the nearest participating location. It means they can even plan their routes more efficiently, factoring in fuel stops along the way.
Check fuel prices
If keeping costs down is top of your agenda, your drivers can use the fuelGenie app to check the prices at our supermarket partners Tesco, Morrisons and Sainsbury’s. With over 1,350 locations, or 2,200 with fuelGenie+, there will always be affordable places available nearby.
Compare fuel prices
Drivers can even use the app to compare prices against other providers to see whether you’re getting the best value. Typically supermarket fuel is over 3p per litre cheaper than the national average*, which is why we’ve chosen them for our primary locations.
Find out what facilities are on offer
Our app already helps keep your drivers in the know with fuel prices and locations. But they can also use it to check forecourt facilities and opening times so they won’t be caught short. fuelGenie+ includes additional locations that have larger vehicle access and some 24/7 facilities so your drivers can fill up and recharge with food or a hot drink at the same time.
